INSOMANIA

This can help relieve those suffering from insomnia, Cardamon green powder-Valeria root powder.
 1 tbs Nutmeg powder-a pinch
 1tbs candamon green powder
 Mix it with warm milk and drink it about 15mins before bedtime.
    MIGRAINE HEADACHE
   1/2 TBS OF BASIL POWDER
   1 TBS OF BLACK PEPPER.Mix together in water and tie it]n a cloth and inhale it,The migraine will reduce.
  COUGH
 Basil juice mix with i cinnamon,tbs of clove powder and drink 3 to 4 times a day,you can add honey to taste
